Terms of Service

RankFlow Arena audits a website, plans and drafts content, tracks search performance, and prepares reports and outreach. Accounts are created by us for clients; there is no public sign-up.

Publishing content, sending outreach and posting to a Google Business Profile always require a person to approve them. Where you enable automatic mode, that covers technical fixes only — meta descriptions, alt text, internal links and similar. It never publishes a page or sends an email on your behalf.

We do not create accounts on other platforms for you, and we do not build backlinks automatically. Link outreach is researched and drafted; a human sends it.

You confirm you are authorised to connect each website and marketing account you add, and that content you approve for publication is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

Do not use the service to attack, overload or scrape sites you have no right to analyse, to publish deceptive content, or to break another platform's terms. We may suspend an account that does.

You keep ownership of your website content and data. Content the service drafts for you is yours once you approve it. We keep ownership of the software and of anonymised, aggregated statistics that do not identify you or your clients.

The service relies on external platforms, including Google, Anthropic and DataForSEO, and your use of connected accounts remains subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their APIs.

Search rankings depend on factors outside anyone's control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitors. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level or commercial outcome.

Fees, billing period and any usage-based charges are as set out in your order or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

Either of us may end the agreement on notice as set out in your order. On termination we stop processing your sites, and you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Pages already published to your own website remain yours and stay live.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
